Should the need arise for your La‑Z‑Boy® furniture to be serviced, please immediately contact the store where your purchase was made. The store will then log the service call with the La‑Z‑Boy® Call Centre. Proof of purchase will be required.

Electrical motors, electrical components and electronically operated lifting and rolling mechanisms have a limited warranty against manufacturing faults and defects in materials used for 24 months from the date of delivery to your retailer. Reasonable repair or replacement of parts will be made within 24 months at no cost to you and thereafter a callout labour charge will be made at a market related fee.
Padding and foam have a limited warranty against defects for 24 months under normal domestic use.
Fabric and leather have a limited warranty against defects for 24 months under normal domestic use. Please note, the warranty does not cover defects/damage arising from negligence or misuse such as soiling, fading, wrinkling, creasing, accidents, abnormal use or imprudent cleaning (see Care and Cleaning). This warranty does NOT cover fabrics provided by other suppliers. The application of fabric protection will invalidate this warranty. Warranty coverage applies only to defects in products that are used exclusively for personal, family or household purposes by the original purchaser. It does not cover rental, business, commercial or institutional uses.
La‑Z‑Boy® reserves the right to discontinue or change parts, models and products or to make substitutions. The La‑Z‑Boy® limited warranty shown herein may not be changed nor added to by any person, retailer or company without the express written authorisation of La-Z-Boy.®
